Sometimes, I really miss the big bathroom I had at my last apartment! There was a huge vanity with a lot of storage space on top and underneath, a nice-sized storage closet to keep towels, etc. and the general size of the space was impressive. My bathroom at the house seems so little in comparison (but nothing like the bathroom I hated with my roommate in Manayunk! Talk about small).
My shower leaves some organizational space to be desired. There's no built in shelves, not even a soap dish on the wall. For a while I was using an organizer that hung from the showerhead. However, over the past week, it had been sliding forward and tipping all the stuff out of it - and it had held more at points! I wanted to get one of the corner tension rod organizers. The first one I picked up at Bed, Bath, & Beyond was too big. I needed a 6 ft one and this one started at 8 ft - probably made for a shower stall. That'll teach me to measure first next time. After doing some research on size, price, and durability, my dad recommended the Simple Human organizer. It was easy to put together and install (no tools!) and it holds a ton of stuff, with no buckling on the shelves.
I just got it up today so I'm crossing my fingers that it was worth the price.
